JU International Relations Office announces a call for applications for 1 - week (5 days) Staff Mobilities for Teaching (STA) for employees of the Jagiellonian University under the ERASMUS + Action: Mobility with Partner Countries ICM (KA 107).

In this Action of the Erasmus+ Programme, a candidate may apply for 1 teaching mobility to the below listed universities from Partner Countries KA 107. The mobility can be conducted till the end of July 2023.

LIST OF AVAILABLE MOBILITIES

• Academic teachers may apply for Staff Mobilities for TEACHING

The purpose of the Staff Mobility for Teaching is to conduct classes for students of the partner university (min. 8 hours), to monitor the course of studies undertaken by students of the Jagiellonian University at a foreign university and to learn about the implementation of the didactic process in the field of their specialization. Staff mobility for Teaching can only be carried out with universities holding the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) valid in a given academic year and with which the candidates' home units have signed Interinstitutional agreements providing for the exchange of academic teachers.

Candidates are required to know the language of instruction of the host university or English to a degree that allows them to freely conduct didactic classes.

The call for applications is open from September 27, 2022 up till October 21, 2022. The basis for qualifying a JU employee for Staff Mobility for Teaching is:

1. Completing and sending the Online Mobility Application Form for teaching purposes.
2. Submitting to the JU International Relations Office the completed Didactic Program - Mobility Agreement-Staff Mobility for Teaching with the indicated dates of the planned mobility, agreed and signed by the program participant and the head of the home unit of the Jagiellonian University.

 

• The Online Mobility Application Form should be completed only online. The Mobility Agreement - Staff Mobility for Teaching should be sent to Mr. Jan Beszłej using traditional post or the JU internal mail service (ul. Czapskich 4, 31-110 Kraków) or using e-mail: jan.beszlej@uj.edu.pl.
• Priority will be given to persons who, at the application stage, submit: Mobility Agreement-Staff Mobility for Teaching also signed by persons authorized by the partner university or other confirmation of admission, e.g. an invitation letter, e-mail with confirmation etc.
• It is the responsibility of the person that intends to carry out the mobility to find and establish contact and obtain initial confirmation from exchange coordinators or employees from foreign institutions. The JU IRO does not act as an intermediary in this process.

 

Incomplete or late documents will not be considered.

The call for applications will be adjudicated after October 24, 2022.

The candidates will be notified individually about the results of the call for applications via e-mail.

If the number of submissions exceeds the financial limits, a reserve list will be created.
